How to shop At Bead Blessed online shop we aim to provide you with a happy shopping experience that is safe, fun and easy. We try to make it easy for you to find that perfect bead for your next project.
Shopping Cart Click on the “buy” or “Add to Shopping Cart” buttons to add an item to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will hold the items you wish to purchase. Remember if you are not signed in when you exit the store you may lose the items in the cart. To see the items in your shopping cart click on the “View shopping cart” link.
Checking Out Once you have finished your entire purchase click on checkout. Follow the prompts where you will be asked to sign in or register your details.
Create an Account Bead Blessed creating a customer account is easy and you are under no obligation to buy. Once you have created an account on Bead Blessed you will be able to save your shopping cart for future use, by keeping this information up to date, you will be able to place faster orders. Bead Blessed respects your privacy and will keep all your personal details secure and confidential. Your personal details will not be sold, or exchanged or disclosed unless required by law.

What if you buy something and it not what you expect? Bead Blessed wants to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with what you bought you can return it within 7 days for a refund. Any unauthorised returns, special orders, imprinted order, or merchandise altered or damaged whatsoever will not be accepted. A Re-Stocking Fee of 15% may be charged on returns. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all contents as shipped to you. You must enclose the following details with the returned product: Name and Address, the place the product was sent to, your invoice number and your telephone number where you can be contacted. You must pre-pay all return postage. When returning items you assume any risk, theft, loss or damage of goods during transit and therfore we advise that you lodge with Australia Post via REGISTERED MAIL. Bead Blessed will refuse the right to refuse to accept and also return any parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them. When returning items by mail please send us an email notifying us of that number. Once we receive your returned items, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete. We cannot refund any postage or packing cost whatsover as return postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged. NOTE: We do try our best to make photos as close to the actual products however, some colours may appear different on screen, especially if you zoom in or look at our moving picture show which may make items appear larger that they actually are. Also many of our beads are hand made and for this reason may vary in colour shade and in some cases shape. Due to health regulations ear wires, hooks, & other components designed for piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pricing All products in our online store are priced below retail price. Our online store is mail order only, therefore our costs have been reduced and we are passing that on to you direct, provided you are happy with the mail order. We do not allow pick up from our retail outlet as packing may be done at two locations there is NO EXCEPTIONS to this. In our retail store we have already a pricing structure in place; therefore our online pricing structure does not apply to our retail shop when it comes to purchases.

Bank Cheque or Money Order: Please make payable to Bead Blessed and post to the address given during checkout.
Credit Card: Payment may be made using Visa Card or MasterCard through our secure site through PayPal, which is installed with high tech security and a fraud prevention system.
You can also telephone us to pay with your credit card. If you are to pay by Credit Card over the phone could you please provide us with a landline number and your contact details, (this does not apply to international orders) as we may call you to verify credit card payment. Once the payment has been approved, all your credit card details are completely deleted from our system and nothing will be stored afterwards.
We will only process your order once payment has been cleared in full. This can take up to 48 hours for Direct Banking and Credit Cards, or one business day after receiving money orders. Once payment has been registered you will be notified and your parcel will be sent to you within 24 hrs.
Please note: We do not offer cash as a payment option as cash cannot be legally sent in the mail and can be stolen. Cheques and American Money Orders incur a large currency conversion penalty in Australia and we won’t accept payment via this method. Postage Australian Postage: All items Posted to an Australia address will be a standard 500g or 3.0kg. Australia Post Parcel Post prepaid satchel and will be registered, to confirm that your goods were actually delivered and also to assist with the tracking of your goods during delivery. Parcel Post satchel, Australia wide are as follows: 500g Max Weight - $5.50 AUD, 3.0 Kg Max Weight - $9.60 PLUS Registration and packing fees of $3.00 AUD per satchel/parcel.
International Postage: All packages will be sent Registered Post (to confirm that your goods were actually delivered and to assist with tracking of your goods during delivery). Items will be packaged and posted in an International Registered Post Padded bag available in two sizes up to 500g or up to 1.0kg over 1.0 kg multiple 500g and/or 1.0kg packages as required. Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the estimated weight. We weigh most of our items. The shipping cost will be very accurate. However, when finalising the payment, if we find an error in the shipping charge, we will adjust your invoice accordingly.
